Should cell phones be banned in schools?

II. Passage:

         According to me, cell phones should be banned in schools. In the first place, cell phone is a serious distraction  for students when they're on campus. They will be likely to forget what they've been learning. Students check their phones on the classroom an average of more than 11 times a day. Some students use it to play games or surf the Internet, surf the social networking so maybe they can't focus on the lessons, then it has the bad effect on their study. That's basically what I've got so far for my very first point. 

In the second place, the reason that I think cell phones should not be allowed in shools is schools- cheating. They are small, convenient and smart, and students don’t have to worry about not cramming for any exams in advance, on grounds of the help of these technological stuffs. Moreover, if these students aren’t caught, they will continue cheating in the future and lead to laziness in studying and poor knowledge. 

Last but not least, bringing cell phones to school can also brings interruption. When a student’s phone rings in all of a sudden, it will not only make the teacher unpleasant but also disturb the whole class. 

To sum up, I want to say that cellphone should be off and away during schools hours. School is a place for growing and learning, not for using cellphone.
